individual meetings to couples, family and group intervention, depending on the nature of the problems presented.
Coaching is available for groups, companies or individuals looking for a more effective approach to career
development, personal development or team development. Coaching is offered for management, as well as
for niche employees who work with clients and liaise with management. Coaching is a practical and viable
approach for people who want to improve their communication skills and ability to work effectively for
themselves and/or with others.
I am Florida licensed to provide mental health counseling (LMHC) services to individuals, couples and families in my office
location in Sarasota. I also use available internet-based online protocols (online counseling, distance counseling) with clients
who live far away, or in locations where mental health services and resources are poorly organized or not easily available. I
am also a board certified coach (BCC).
Online counseling, or distance counseling, is a relatively old idea that is finding greater acceptance among both the
professional mental health provider community as well as the client population seeking guidance, support and assistance with
emotional, psychological and behavioral problems. Also sometimes referred to as e-therapy, this approach to therapy and
counseling is suitable for many clients. However, there is still a place for face-to-face therapy that is the accepted standard
